Hi! I’m John Vasturia.
What’s exciting for me is that my most significant business accomplishments are rooted in three leading skills that are also the areas where I derive my greatest joy and passion in business! These skills are Developing Trusted Relationships, Developing Talent, and Achieving Results. What’s even more energizing is that these are some of the most important skills required to deliver for my clients.

Requires mutual respect at the core. Anticipating needs, consistently acting with integrity, and demonstrating character will lead partners to take smart risks which can result in growth and success by various measures
Developing Talent
Starts with valuing and investing in the growth of an individual. Success is about proactively identifying skills to develop, setting an action plan to increase the skills, supporting a broader culture of feedforward, and measuring results.
Achieving Results
Identifying your goals and successfully executing your plan are mostly about having the right skills, alignment towards a common goal, and an engaged team. Achieving results is why organizations are in business. Don’t forget to share credit where it’s due!
