As a senior executive, I’m known as a curious, versatile, and proven leader passionate about driving change, developing people, and achieving results. I spent most of my corporate career with the Munich Re Group where I served in a variety of influential roles including serving as a member of the U.S. Property & Casualty Operations Executive Board headed by the U.S. CEO.
I’ve been successful because I persistently demonstrate integrity, good judgement, empower people, and achieve win-win outcomes in a creative and disciplined manner.
My expertise is in growing trusted client relationships, developing people, and commercial property and casualty underwriting. I have an intimate knowledge of the U.S. Property & Casualty marketplace.
Complementing my day-to-day business responsibilities, I’m also actively involved on the National Board of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) where I served as the Board Chair of the National Board of Governors for 2016 & 2017.
