Positive change in leadership behavior is achieved through an engagement with a certified coach who is an expert at facilitating and delivering the Stakeholder Centered Coaching process®. With the active involvement of the leader’s stakeholders and proactive guidance from the coach, the leader creates a thoughtful action plan to achieve their goals. Ultimately, the change in the leader’s behavior and the stakeholders’ perception of this change is formally measured to determine progress and/ or adjustments to the action plan. This is both a highly collaborative and efficient process.
